Today Thoughts
Today was a pretty easy day, but there were some things on my mind that mad it tough. I did a workout that was just focusing on my Over Head Squat form. I did light weight but my form way great. I feel that I accomplished something. I also ran another 15 laps on the indoor track today and my time way 11:41. That's almost 40 seconds faster than my last run. I'm very proud of what I did. I found out that if you keep pushing and trying your best you will feel so good about yourself.
