- handstand walk across weight room

- 10 sit ups
This workout turnout to be pretty tiring and it totally wrecked my arms. Being upside down for that long also gave me a headache, but it was a great workout.

Warm up with some push ups, squats, pull ups and toes to bar
Strength: strict press 5 of 5
Run 15 laps on indoor track (approximately 1.45 miles)
It was the first time that I actually wanted to run. The running went really well. I went faster and didn't stop. I felt really good about it.
