Today Thoughts
Today was a pretty easy day, but there were some things on my mind that mad it tough. I did a workout that was just focusing on my Over Head Squat form. I did light weight but my form way great. I feel that I accomplished something. I also ran another 15 laps on the indoor track today and my time way 11:41. That's almost 40 seconds faster than my last run. I'm very proud of what I did. I found out that if you keep pushing and trying your best you will feel so good about yourself.

This workout turnout to be pretty tiring and it totally wrecked my arms. Being upside down for that long also gave me a headache, but it was a great workout.

It was the first time that I actually wanted to run. The running went really well. I went faster and didn't stop. I felt really good about it.

Football
It has been a long time since the PCHS Football team has actually done pretty good in a game. I'm not going to lie but our football team is crap. They usually lose every game. It doesn't matter that much though. It's always fun to go and be with friends and have fun. Tonight's game was a close game, we lost by one point, 36-37.
And the half time dancers are always great to watch! One of my good friends is in the dance and she rocks :)

Strength: 5 of 5 bench press
Metcon:
- 5 lengths of the weight room lunges
- Hike up PC hill
- Run down PC hill
It was just a relaxing day. Beautiful view of Park City from PC hill. After the hike it was time to go and support the PC High School Soccer team. Then back over to the high school to enjoy a sweet victory at the varsity volleyball game.

Getting back into it

- 10 walking lunges (each leg)
- 5 pull ups
