Adventure

Supporting the teams! Todays workout:

Strength: 5 of 5 bench press

Metcon:
     - 5 lengths of the weight room lunges
     - Hike up PC hill
     - Run down PC hill



It was just a relaxing day. Beautiful view of Park City from PC hill. After the hike it was time to go and support the PC High School Soccer team. Then back over to the high school to enjoy a sweet victory at the varsity volleyball game.
