Getting back into it

Workouts that I do will now be posted every time they happen. Feel free to do some.

5 Rounds for time:
     - 20 push ups
     - 10 walking lunges (each leg)
     - 5 pull ups

Handstand work
     - Holding for time
     - Walking lengths

But of course you have those friends that show you up everyday



                                  Only 315 pounds
